Our product list features medications that are generic.

Generic is the name of the main component of the medication. Aside from the name, the shape and the price, generic products produce similar effects as brand name medications. Because a manufacturer cannot put a patent on chemicals or drugs, other companies can sell and produce a generic of branded medicines. Generic and brand name drugs have the same main ingredient and will produce the same effects.

Big pharmaceutical companies incur a lot of expenses from researching, developing and advertising their products. Getting an FDA approval alone can cost millions. Because of this, manufacturers need to recover the costs of selling their branded products. Companies producing generic medicines did not have to pay for research and development thus the cheaper price on their products.

As mentioned, there are 3 differences between brand name and generic products. The shape of our products will be different from branded ones; as well as the name that will be printed on the packaging and the pill itself. Manufacturers, though do not have a patent on the chemicals of their products, have a patent for the name and the appearance of their merchandise. Using the brand name and look of a manufacturer's product will result in a copyright infringement. This is the reason why our generic products look different from the branded medications.

Our number one concern is the quality of the medications we offer. We would like our customers to be satisfied with our products, so that they will return and purchase from us again. We pay close attention to every little detail, especially when it comes to choosing our supplier and the quality of their merchandise. We make sure that the generic products have been properly tested and documented by our supplier. Our products are produced by an Indian company, licensed and approved by India's FDA. Our products go through a strict quality assurance test before they are sent out to customers, thus you may find a Certificate of Analysis inside your packages. This certificate comes from our supplier's laboratory and abides to Indian laws.

You do not need a prescription to order from us. However, we fervently request our customers to consult with a physician before purchasing or taking any of our medications. Only your physician can make a proper assessment of your health and if you can take our medications.

Our payment processing is done in two steps:

1. Your purchase will be processed as soon as you press "Submit" on our checkout page. All the information will be verified by our Payment Processing Department. Once this is done, your credit card will be charged.
2. After your payments are authorized, all of your orders are approved and processed for shipping.

We need your credit card information to process and approve your orders. We take extreme measures to make sure that all of your information is safe in our site. We will not in any way, give out or use this confidential information. If you look closely, you'll see that our order page is secure. At the bottom of your browser, you will see an icon of a padlock. This means that all of your credit card information is Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted as it is being transmitted to our payment processing department. Also, a secure page begins with "https:", while unprotected ones will not have an "S".

We offer 5% discounts through "coupon words" for our customers. If you are repeating an order, just place this word into the "coupon field" to get your discount. Make sure that you fill out the "coupon field" before placing the order, because we will not be able to change your order and give you a discount once it has been placed.

We can ship orders to almost all countries in the world. However, there are some countries in Asia that we cannot ship to.

Your packages will be coming from India. Your orders will be shipped directly from our suppliers.

We value our customer's privacy thus your packages will be arriving in inconspicuous envelopes. You need not sign for the package as this will be sent out through Standard Mail.

We have stocks for all the medications we sell, so after your shipping address is confirmed and your orders are packed, your purchases are then shipped. This whole process will take about 24 to 48 hours.

For now, we are offer two kinds:
- Courier Service: If you wish to track your packages, you can opt to have your pills delivered through courier service. After your order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.
- Standard Air Mail: All the packages sent through this option cannot be tracked.

The shipping rate and delivery date will vary depending on what shipping method you use and what country you live in.

Note: If you wish your packages to be sen through a Courier Service, you will need to provide us with a physical address (not a PO Box address) and a valid phone number.

You can contact our customer service department to notify us of any problems. We can either send you a replacement package or reimburse your payment. Please check our Policies for additional information.

Your order may arrive in two packages, the first one may arrive with 30 pills. If you ordered more than 90 pills, its most likely that you will receive the reminder within a week.

You don't have to pay to have your packages reshipped.
